throw flour beer and salt in bowl, mix until smooth, drink the rest of the beer
gut sardines, take head off and while doing so remove all the bones, open another beer
drain excess water from sardines, drink beer
put oil in deep pan and start heating it up, throw the sardines into the batter, keep sipping on that beer
once the oil is hot, do not throw sardines in pan but gently brown them on each side, where's my beer?
place bronzed sardines on paper towels to drain excess oil, if you bought a six pack open another beer
et voila, place the sardines on a plate decorated with prawns (optional), serve with nice fresh salad and you guessed it...beer (not optional)
